If I’ve received a scholarship for the past two years, when will I be able to apply again?
You will have to wait a year to re-apply for a scholarship.
What payment option should I choose if I register before being approved for a scholarship?
You should choose the “one-time installment” option at check out. This will allow time for your scholarship application to be processed before tuition payment is due.
Can I apply for a scholarship for multiple campers in the same family?
Yes! The scholarship application will have a section for you to add in information for additional campers. Every kid deserves to be a camper!
Can I apply for a scholarship for Spring Break Camp?
Yes, to apply for a scholarship for Spring Break or any other year-round programs such as In-service days or winter break, please email us directly at trailside@akcenter.org. Scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case basis while funding is available.
When will I hear back if I am approved for a scholarship?
You should hear back from us no later than January 1st for the Summer 2024 scholarship.
I missed the scholarship deadline, can I still apply?
Yes, scholarships submitted after the deadline may be approved on an individual basis, as long as scholarship funding has not been exhausted.
